  1. Agreement to Terms: By using the web development services provided by the freelancer, the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
  2. Scope of Work: The scope of work for the web development project will be defined and agreed upon between the client and the freelancer before the start of the project. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  3. Payment: The client agrees to pay the freelancer for the web development services in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon before the start of the project. Any deposit or advance payment made towards the project is non-refundable.
  4. Delivery: The completed web development project will be delivered via an online platform, such as email or a file-sharing service. The client will receive access to the completed project once all payments have been received in full.
  5. Revisions: Upon delivery of the completed project, the client will have the opportunity to review the work and request any necessary revisions. The freelancer will make any revisions requested by the client within a reasonable amount of time, as long as they do not conflict with the original scope of the project.
  6. No Refunds: Refunds will not be offered after the completion of the web development project as the work has already been completed and delivered to the client. If the client is not satisfied with the completed project, they may request revisions in accordance with section 5 of this agreement.
  7. Intellectual Property: The client agrees that the freelancer retains all rights to the source code and other intellectual property of the web development project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  8. Warranties: The freelancer warrants that the web development services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and that the completed project will be free from defects and will perform as specified.
  9. Limitation of Liability: The freelancer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the web development services, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  10. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall pay the freelancer for any work performed up to the date of termination.
  11. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the freelancer is located.
  12. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the client agrees to be bound by the provisions set forth in this agreement. If the client has any questions or concerns, they should contact the freelancer before accepting these terms and conditions. 

Delivery Policy

  Delivery of the completed website will be made via an online platform, such as email or a file-sharing service. The client will receive access to the completed website once all payments have been received in full.

  The estimated delivery time for the completed website will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and the freelancer before the start of the project. The freelancer will make every effort to deliver the completed website within the estimated timeframe, however, unexpected circumstances or changes to the scope of the project may cause delays. In such cases, the freelancer will communicate with the client and provide updated delivery estimates.

  The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and materials needed to complete the website, including but not limited to, text, images, and logos. Any delay in the delivery of this information may result in a delay in the delivery of the completed website.

  Upon delivery of the completed website, the client will have the opportunity to review the work and request any necessary revisions. The freelancer will make any revisions requested by the client within a reasonable amount of time, as long as they do not conflict with the original scope of the project.

Refund Policy

  Refunds are not offered after completion of the project as the work has already been completed and delivered to the client. If you are not satisfied with the completed project, please let us know and we will do our best to address any concerns and make revisions if necessary.

  Before the project is completed, if you decide to cancel the project, a refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of the freelancer.

  Please note that we do not offer refunds for any deposit or advance payment made towards the project. This is to cover any expenses incurred and time invested in the project.
